Oceancare has been appointed and awarded as SIEMENS’ Approved Partner in February 2012. As an Approved Partner, we are SIEMENS’ local partner in East Malaysia to assist and service all existing SIEMENS and Non-SIEMENS end-users. As a local partner, our objective is to amplify SIEMENS’ customer service and product marketing to all end-users in East Malaysia.
Our core products are General Motion Control (GMC), which are Drives and Motors, which cover Ex and Non-Ex motors, and our service includes product marketing, commissioning and servicing. If you have any queries about your existing SIEMENS’ product or are interested to perform a replacement on your existing Non-SIEMENS product, but are unsure of the performance result, you are most welcome to approach us for assistance and we will do our best to assist you.
